From Annette Himstedt's very first 1986 Barefoot Children Collection.
No longer in production, this doll came from Annette Himstedt's personal collection. Each series of dolls held a special place in Annette's heart, as well as in the hearts of her collectors. She kept some of her favorites displayed in her personal studio until the manufactory closed. Upon sharing the news of the closure, Annette collaborated closely with Barrie and Danny of The Toy Shoppe to ensure the appropriate ending of this chapter in her career and has made these treasures available for our collectors.

I have read about the barefoot collection. They are just beautiful. We were never lucky enough to purchase one for our collection.
Beautiful doll. I think ALL of Annette Himstedt dolls are beautiful, one of my favorite dolls.
