Classy Vintage Large Art Deco Lamp

Classy vintage large art deco table lamp,the beautiful green glass and floral art with golden touch edges, two handles on side,The lamp is 36" tall and 11" wide, the lamp sitting on brass fishes on a sturdy square 2.1/2" tall and 10" wide base,the lamp is dressed in a cream shade.
The signature of artist was written on the leaf "E.vic" but i have no idea about time period, hopefully someone can find more about this art, thanks.
