Thanks SMD for the link to Horsman dolls! and thanks for your comment, Vestaswind, on gold medal babies. It may also be one of these : 1939 Baby Precious or 1940's Enchanting eyes...with the new info I measured the doll and it was 21" long and has sleep eyes.My favorite part is the eye color which appears as Yellow Topaz.Are they valuable and is there people who do restoration on such dolls?
And it is marked "a Horsman doll"
She should be closer to 18". There are many years they made this doll.
