Hello, My name is Anna and I bought this Norman Rockwell in 1985 for $ 70.00 I do not know much about it or if I payed to much? like you can see I hope! It say.( A serious case, G.P.200,litho in u.s.a a makers mark that looks like L with a co. at end.) nothing on back. It has nothing on back it looks 3D, it's made out of like cement or something something like that. so if anyone knows anything please help me!
