What is this ? And what time era

Hi everyone, if anyone knows what this is and what time era it's from I sure would like to know. I have found a simular item except the painting of the idiviuals on the other chest were somewhat different and the landscape scene seemed to be somewat of the same. However, the one I found online, had a different shape top of marble and it was suposed to be replica. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from anyone on this item.
