It's a Singer Improved Family/early model 15 treadle - it will be pre-1900. Look behind the pillar for the serial number - note it down carefully as they can be 7 or 8 digits and it's easy to get them mixed up. It's not worth a fortune, if you look on eBay you will get an idea of prices.
