I have a similar vase also. Where the lines on yours are red mine are blue. I would also like to know if anyone has any information concerning this piece. On the bottom it is stamped made in Brazil and has an inscribed date of 1903.

I have two of the same vases and they are blue lined. I have searched for information on it. The lady that gave them to me said if i knew anyone that knew antiques they could tell me these were old. I wish i could find some info on them tho. Im asking around at flea markets and senior centers. If anyone finds any info please reply and i will do the same. thanks
