Now I know this is a fairly 'new' piece for this venue, but it is a cool page out of the past.
This is a 'Radar Range' microwave oven from about 1968.
It was one of the first microwaves available to the public. My folks bought it in 1968 or 69.
They used it for about 15 years, then it went to our beach house for another ten years or so.
I found it in storage and was intreged by all the REAL chrome.
It weighs about 65 lbs!
I'm cleaning it up and yes, it still works great!
