This full bottle of 100 proof Pure New England Rum was found in a farmhouse attic.
Produced by G.E. & H.G. Chapin. Distillery No. 2 Dist. Mass. Bottled by Dougherty Distillery Warehouse Inc. Bottom of bottle imprinted with 02.
There was also an empty Brandy bottle found from the same distillery which says Produced by P. Garlock & Co. Distillery No. 46 28th Dist. of N.Y.
I don't have any idea what these things are worth and can't find them online anywhere. Any suggestions?

My dad was in the distilled spirits business from the day of Repeal (12/5/33) to the day of his death 10/14/84). Somewhere toward the end of his life he obtained a P. Garlock pint bottle of brandy exactly like yours -- except his contained the brandy. Plus a (more or less full) quart bottle of brandy from the same distiller (Dougherty). I wish I could say, your bottles are worth X, but, like you, I've struck out finding "experts". I know empty whiskey bottles from the period do sell on eBay.
