Pair of Unique Table Lamps

I recently purchased 2 of these amazingly detailed lamps. I removed years of nicotine to reveal there beautiful colors -------- The silk [?] shades are ripped and not worth saving although the frames are straight.

Any idea on the history ??? Value ???
