I found this in a box that had my grandfather's old school books, pocketbook with coins dated 1910 and other keepsakes. My grandfather was born in 1910 so there were lots of treasures but unfortunately wasn't taken care of so most wasn't worth keeping. I have no idea what this is. If anyone could help, I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
