Does anyone have any information on doll clothing. I was told the clothing could be as collectable as the dolls. Is this true?
Also any information on the 4 photos above.
Thanks

Hi Mike is first dress tagged inside by who made it ? The boys little suits are newer and would have came on a newer collectible doll but they are used for antique dolls when owner can't find boys clothes they will use newer . the others are just dress's ect I would expect to see in a box lot of clothes and not expect a lot . None look to be for vintage dolls except maybe one . The black dress appears newer also is it barbie size ?
Its like a real dark brown about 17" long. its made very nice and lots of detail
It looks like maybe it had another piece . Mike try and find clothes with labels or names of dolls , very old clothes like Victorian age or the 1930's to 50's . That is where to find a treasure :-) Keep looking your going through a lot of stuff :-) something will hopefully turn up that is rare or very sought after .
Is there a way I could check out photo 1 ....it really looks like it was very well made.
