2 Willem Heesen vases. This vase are quite big (27cm high) and quite heavy. Both vase are signed WHeesen 8808041 and WHeesen 880842. The vases have a white center surrounded by a colored layer (green or orange) in which lines and spots are created. Around the spots the colored layer is drifted away by which the white center becomes visible. Is somebody familiar whit this bright kind of colors by Heesen? Usually he uses more grey/brown/green colors.
Does anybode have the big book about Heesen (2001)? And is someting written in this book about this kind of vases? I cannot find this book and wonder if there is more information about this pieces.
