I know nothing about this clothing set of a navy blue Paris wool beret and this red cord and black satin back vest both holding a 2 by 3" Hamm's logo patch done in gold and blue threading. patch looks like those from the 60's but the Hamm's name is in gold not red. any idea of it's age, value or funtion it was made for. still new in package but no additional maker tags other then the beret cardboard insert. thank you
