most unique design and 5 pointed stars edges ALL sharpened!

comment: Thanks
Characters read Shaolin Tai Chi. Shaolin of course refers to the temple in Honan China and Tai Chi is an internal boxing style of martial arts. The throwing star is a very early import that was available in martial arts periodicals of the time. It was made to cash in on the tv show Kung Fu (1972-75) which featured throwing stars prominently in the opening credits.

That is why they are commonly called Chinese stars rather than the Japanese name typically associated with them "shuriken." Although these were made to somewhat resemble the throwing stars from the TV show they are of much lower quality than the ones seen in the series.
