This is my bleachers ticket stub from last year's no-hitter thrown by the San Francisco Giants' Jonathan Sanchez. Ticket stubs aren't what these used to be -- this is merely a sheet of paper printed from my computer -- but I can still say I was there!
I keep ticket stubs from practically every game I go to (and I go to a lot of games). When I get back to my primary home I will post stubs from David Wells' perfect game, NBA Finals games, the Super Bowl, and NBA All-Star game, World Series games, and more!

You raise an interesting point about ticket stubs in the age of printing tickets at home. And the paper is so big that few will survive unfolded.
I collect ticket stubs too...I have a few printed stubs, just not the same...I try to buy a program from every game too.
