I bought this from an online auction, well because no one wanted it. Now I am glad I bought it. There is no Mfg. marks on it at all. Wood base and under base are small holes with LED lights. I think LED lights, Also the wings feel like real feathers, and maybe strings of fiberglass or something on the edges, at night it just lights up and flashes and is really something. It is 16 inches tall and 13 inches wide. If anyone has seen these please let me know. It cost only $12.00 and is really well made. toracat
