    Found this at a storage auction. On the blade it says "Napels 1945". Could be something great, or could just be a novelty item or letter opener. I've seen tons and own a bunch of swords and knives and have never seen anything like this.

      Letter opener.

      Better photos would be helpful in determining if it could be a piece of trench art/ WW2 souvenir.
