Hi kindy, very nice lamps. The mark (rotated 90 degrees clockwise) is for Kutani, literally 'Nine Valleys', an area in Japan whose kilns have produced a great deal of quality porcelain. It reads left to right and the third mark, on the right, may refer to a specific kiln (or possibly artist). I did not find this mark in Gotheborg's listing of Kutani marks. The designs appear somewhat modern, a guess is 2nd half 20th century. Best wishes, Jim
