These are beautiful postcards of downtown Lansing, Michigan (I regret not picking up a couple more of these).
The first photo is looking north on Capitol Ave. viewing the Masonic Temple (now home to Cooley Law School), the Olds Tower (now the Boji Tower) and the Olds Hotel (now the George Romney Building).
The second photo is looking south on Capitol Ave. (the opposite of the first photo) viewing the Olds Hotel (now the George Romney Building), the Olds Tower (now the Boji Tower) and the Masonic Temple (now home to Cooley Law School.
Both of the "Olds" buildings are named for Ransom Eli Olds, founder of REO Motors, RE Olds is one of the major components to the history of Lansing!!
These three beautiful buildings are still standing today and just across Capitol Ave. is Michigan's 133 year old Capitol Building.
