I have a rare refrigerator that no one seems able to identify despite make and model number. Can someone help me identify it and information about it and it's value?

GE Americana Refrigerator Model TD 486YC D 66. SN ZX603432

Dimensions:

Outside: 40.75"W X 72" H
Counter: 38.5"L X 14.75"D
Fridge (Top) 26.25"H X 37"W
Freezer (Internal) 24.75"H X 39"W

I was just told it was made in 1963. Can anyone verify this?
