This is an old cut crystal low tea. It is clear with a ruby red base. The pattern is an etched floral. It measures 5 1/2 x 3 1/2 Does anyone know who made this pattern and what the name of it is? I was thinking Tiffin or Fostoria??

I do not know who made them but they were made in the 20s I believe and they came in different patterns some have red base and some have cobalt blue.

MckGee Glass made a similar patter #151 (the rose is very similar), but the stems are leaves are different. Look here and see if you can find an exact match:
http://chataboutdg.com/gallery/img11071.search.htm - More likely (with red base), maybe Tiffins (Sloan Glass Co.) Cut Rose?

Indiana Glass has a similar rose also (on green glass) http://chataboutdg.com/gallery/img10155.search.htm
