Alan Beeton (1880-1942) - Original was painted 1938/1939 oil on canvas and finished with ceronis varnish. Prints were made in the 1950's by Frost & Reed. You are correct about the title (Goings On) and should be able to distinguish by sight if it is original oil on canvas or a print.

As far as I can see, even some of his prints sell for around $180. - There is nothing currently offered on ebay. Value is in the eye of the beholder.
