Vintage Silk Scarf - bird of prey

30" x 30" silk scarf

Any info greatly appreciated- this is a recent find of mine. im a scarf collector but not come across one like this before and would love to know more about it
Im intrigued as to what the motifs are on the scarf, and why there is an image of a kestrel -bird of prey? I know nothing about the scarf and just would love to know any information as to what the letters mean and whethr some of the lettering is arabic or japanese? and what either fG or Gt mean
