This is from the '69 cover photo shoot and was not used. I wish it were a little sharper but at least it caught them all smiling. I received this from a friend who toured with Gearge Harrison during the "Bangladesh days".
I don't know which I like more about it, the fact that it's an Angus McBean print or that it's of the Fab Four... Anyone know what it might be worth?

I meant to say 1967-1970 cover LOL

Actually it's not the same photo, very close, their poses are the same, but there are slight differences in the hands and alignment of the shot. Also they are all smiling in this shot. This shot is from that same few minutes, but was never used..

I believe on the 67-70 cover John and George are in white suits..

Excellent! I would appreciate any input on this, I've sort of kept it to myself all these years... Thanks Dave, Jim

Right, this photo was taken at that same session, but if you'll notice, in my print George is smiling more and you can't tell from here but Johns' fingers are held differently. Believe me I've done the comparisons to all these photos and I haven't found this exact print anywhere out there yet. I'm sure it's worth more to me than anyone else. But I was curious if there are any other example values of unpublished photos... Thanks again, Jim

Well, I have done a over lay, its the same photo. Sun and shadows never lie, the shadow marks on panel in front of legs, I see Johns pinky finger is slightly out on your photo. But overall is would be considered the same photo I would imagine that Angus snapped one off a second. There could be a roll of film same image just taken a sec. later. This is considered as a known photograph. If you had one of them standing on that balcony doing something off the wall, then maybe you got something. But since this is a Angus photograph be assured that they have all the negatives. Don't get me wrong, hard core Beatlemanics would love to have this and would pay good. But check with the National Portrait Gallery in London, they have a extensive collection. Dave

I'm sure you're right about angus shooting one per second, thus the extreme similarity, but I still say Georges' smile tells the tale. I agree it's so close to the known photos that it might as well be the same but you know us collectors, details, details, LOL . Thanks again for your time and attention, I wasn't sure what response I might get from this, I'll let you know if I find out anything interesting, thanks again, Jim.

Overlay shows everything matches except the finger, no way for them to walk away and come back to exact position with the exception of finger. The photo would have been taken in session seconds later or before. Dave
