I thought the designer was a genius! The pendant is of a panther in the form of a door knocker, but it double-duties as a fabulous cocktail ring. Just remove the chain and swivel the hoop downwards to wear it on your finger! I have never seen anything quite like it, and I was quite taken by the panther's charming little face. Paved with clear crystal diamonds and two jet beads for the eyes, it also has and open mouth with fangs. This panther is a common motif in Panetta jewelry and has been used on earrings, bangles and other forms of necklaces, but the ring is hard to find! Naturally, I had to keep this for myself!
