Got this Jewelry box at a yard sale. I'm pretty sure it's Art Nouveau from the early 1900's but not sure of the worth. I think it's interesting because I've got no clue what company it would be from or if the paint on it is original or was added way after. The metal underneath looks fairly ornate.

Circa 1904-1912. Place of manufacture is probably Connecticut (home of J.B., W.B., B&W and Rogers Silverplate Co.), four of the BIG 7 American nouveau manufacturers, and in the style of Jennings Bros (J.B.). Silver finish, but ivory paint coating applied at the factory. Other colors not original. Obviously missing lining, probably pink or blue silk with cording rim. Not rare.
