I came across this toy a few days ago and I am looking for any information as to the manufacturer, date produced, and possible value. I have noticed some things different with this one compared to others including a rotating arm, cheeks that were painted pink, and I believe it is a hollow casting. Any information is helpful.

Check out a maker named Britains, they made toys like this in the day 50's-60's.

could be a grey iron marine and is probably a solid casting
