have seen these on here before not sure what it is i have seen them in stores like hobby lobby but they all have solid black feet where as this one has a cobalt blue hat and feet that are both pre molded

Murano is all hand done. That one is new as well. I have collected Murano for 20 yrs. I have bought and sold hundreds of piece. The quality is just not there for it to be Murano.
