HELP! does anyone know about these kind of items with "japan" stamped on the bottom? I've found quite a few... salt and pepper, quite a few dogs, and other small items... all have that JAPAN mark stamped on the bottom...
I have recently found a collection of salt and pepper shakers in my storage room that most have "japan" on the bottom. some have found online for $55.00 to &75.00 dollars. based on my research, and im not a expert, "japan" made salt and pepper shakers are found for no less then ten dollars on ebay and craigslist and such. they are really cute and, depending on, you can find a collector they can go for more. i have researched some of mine based on type and have found none online that are the exact same thing, for some. i came across this site in a search for "devil salt and pepper shakers" on google. mine look quite different from yours but have not found any so far that are similar. my guess, based on my research, is that they would go for 10.00 dollars on ebay or craigslist. please research more because im not a professional on appraisals. good luck.
I think they are Deviled Eggs! Adorable.
I would like to purchase a "devil" salt shaker (or pair if necessary - if not too costly). Mine got broken and I would like to replace it for my deviled egg plate. Thanks!
