Just wondering if anyone knows what this is. Has 2 openings in the back where some Kind of music box went. Discswere with it in navy blue pouches. They are 7" in diameter and appear to be plastic. They are flexible. Would love to be able to find a music box to put in it.

I found the same disc as part of a set on ebay, that says it's from a Mr Christmas music box.

I wonder if they actually belong together.
The cabinet seems older, well built solid wood.

Discs definitely appear to be from a Mr Christmas symphonium. Thanks for that much! May just have been a fluke that the discs were in there but bottom section opens to the front and held something. Top section closed to front with what appears to be a speaker. Whatever it is, very pretty!

It appears to be a 1930's radio cabinet. Referred to in this area as depression era. Really well made furniture.

A nice piece of furniture like that deserves a new life playing music again, maybe you can install some device to make it sing again.

      Thanks for posting!

That is exactly what it is. A radio cabinet! Thanks for solving my mystery!
