      No it's not Sean :-) It is synthetic

      A so called Lenci type doll and likely made in Italy . These were novelty dolls not really meant as toys but to display in a cabinet as tourist dolls . She is lovely

      Thanks for the interest I really like her country farm feel. Yes her hair is synthetic and face painted paper face and cloth body hands and feet. She has stiff gauze petticoat and hessian pantaloons if you would like closer pics let me know :)
