      I have the same exact enlarger, minus the lighting unit and the Lens board isn't metal on mine, which leads me to believe it isn't original. Also someone must have modified mine 'cause it has holes at the bottom to bolt it to a table. It isn't mounted to that metal board like you have. I too have no idea who made the enlarger but its nice to know I'm not the only one with this beast.
