I have another wood toy from Walter Western Germany. I was wondering if this is part of a toy set or just a single toy. Made of wood. I believe the object is to roll the toy on the floor and pull it with the rope? It's not a yo yo because I can't get it to work like a yo yo. Nothing much on the internet either.
