Siesta Chair

I picked this up at a yard sale. I know more of mars I think than I do chairs. I have learned this is a Siesta chair and I think made by a company named West Nova. West Nova was bought out by Ekornes. How due I authenticate this information when I find 0, absolutely no markings I can see anywhere. One person was blown away and was very excited. They said they weren't 100% but they think this chair is in the musium of modern art. Can anyone give me solid information on this chair? Or point me towards the road to authenticate it. How can it NO markings??? Any info will be more than apreciated, thanks.
