Scarlett has a tag in her dress that says Madame Alexander but she is not like any of the other dolls. She is plastic and has no markings on her. She is also sitting and not jointed. Is she a Madame Alexander Doll and if so, how old?

Yes she is a Madame Alex . This version came out in around 1980's she came in a blue box . She is vinyl .

PS she was called Gone with the wind "Scarlett" and is in original dress :-)
