This is a 1939 Massillonian Yearbook from Ohio. In one photo you can see that Paul Brown, who was affiliated with the Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Bengals, was the head coach for the football team. This is a very interesting old yearbook.

Massillon High School has been a big time player in football for years.

I stopped off in Massillon, Ohio for a few hours back in January for a hamburger. Had to hit the "D's" for a Big Mac, when I saw a horse & carriage in the parking lot. It was the coolest thing du jour. While inside eating I had the opportunity to an impressive experience chatting "Old German/Pennsylvania Dutch" with the Amish family there. It's a cool town to stop in while passing thru Ohio enroute to Canton. =)

I remember the flea market, a great place to find old stuff but the dust was horrible. Oh ya, and those strings of festoon lighting,lol ... amazing someone wasn't electrocuted there.
