I purchase a small lot of military stuff just to get this buckle, because it is beautiful! One stamp looks like a V M with a pike or staff with a tail? between the letters, the other looks like a cv also with another different flag, staff or ?, also has the number 70 stamped on the edge. Is it old or new? The marks make me think of Ireland, Scotland... Help!
