A sweet Waterford Teddy Bear Frame , in a wonderful design this piece is almost 8 inches tall and quite heavy, with ribbed edges all around , has a green foil seahorse label and signed Waterford on the bottom, not a chip or a ding , amazing for a yard sale buy!
