I received this doll about 20 years ago from a customer as a gift. The piece of paper on the wood base says H. Ishida, Mayor of Kozushima Tokyoto,Japan. There is Japanese characters written on the bottom of the base. It is a cloth doll with what seems like a cardboard structure. Does anyone know anything about this doll?
