This is a great cabinet card from the Sharpsteen studio in Grand Rapids and Lansing, Michigan. There is no way to know whether it was taken in Lansing or Grand Rapids.
The woman is identified as "Margaret; sister of Barney Howlett."
No date, unfortunately.
