My bedroom chairs? whats my history?

I have two chairs that I getting re-upholstered for my mum and I am really trying to find out more about them - can anyone help? I have been lead to believe they are either Victorian or 1920s and either bedroom chairs or nursing chairs. One has been my mothers for many many years and the other I just happened across in a boot sale (how lucky it was identical!). Many searches on the internet have not got me any closer to their history/era. The chairs are iron framed, so very heavy - would love to know more about them - can anyone shed some light. Many thanks
