WAGENVOORD is a guess - I am not entirely sure what it says. However, the studio was located at 114 Washington Avenue South in Lansing, Michigan.
This is a larger cabinet photo, being just a little less than 5"x7" in size.
The woman is unidentified and the photo is not dated.
