Wish I could say I even know what this is, found it at a thrift store and thought it looked very interesting - hand-painted maybe. It's a neat little item, I love that it looks like water painting. If anyone happens to know what it is, I'd love to find out, till then, it's just a colorful little covered bowl that now has a home. :)
