Please help me identify this chair.

This chair was given to me in pretty bad shape and still I fell in love with it. I know nothing about it. The material is vinyl , and I'm not sure if it's original the chair seems much older with hand made nails and straw stuffing or padding and burlap webbing. I've not been able to find a single makers mark on the chair . There are none like this that I can find on the web to use as a reference . Any input at all would be greatly appreciated, as I don't even know what class of chair it would be considered? I thought maybe a slipper chair, but it has arms so I'm not sure? Please help.
