Manises Espana pottery Plate/Bowl

I purchased this at a local thrift store about 2 months ago.
I have done a little reasearch on the peice, but i found that there is a such a wide range of information on Manises Art. That I can not pin point what i have or may not have here ;).
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
