    I bought this at a rummage sale about ten years back. It has a copyright date 1935 and John F. Dille Co listed on the front. The reverse side is blank.

      What's the mystery or should ask what answer are you looking for? This is a 1935 Buck Rogers "Ranger" premium with the character "Wilma Deering" depicted. Similar items were found in most of the Radio Media heroes of the day, "Jr. Detective" items with Dick Tracy, ROA decoders from Ophan Annie and Sun dial watches from Tom Mix are a few examples.
      This is a very neat item, Thanks for sharing with us.
