Workart handcraft face framed wood

I Get this beautiful artwork, and i want know info about it.
Like origin, age period , etc.

Material: wood with Pearl inlays and i guess bambú in bottom.
Design: frame birds hand carved and hand painted, and face wood like 3D.

If anyone can help me, i really appreciate it.
