This were dress me dolls sold in dime stores sold nude or you could just buy head and arms as a kit , She is called a" Book folded doll" . As the mom would fold pages of a book to make skirt . They were popular as decorations not dolls . There were patterns in magazines how to make skirts as well as patterns , She is home made except head and arms .Dates from 50'-60's
