We inherited a few items and we came across this black box of wooden stick matches. On the top of the box-is a donkey, a dog, a cat, and a rooster also shown in second picture a bronze statue which is located in Bremen, Germany. That is all we know about the print on the box.
The Town Musicians of Bremen (German: Die Bremer Stadtmusikanten) is a folktale recorded by the Brothers Grimm. The bronze statue by Gerhard Marcks depicting the Bremen Town Musicians located in Bremen, Germany was erected in 1953. - Very nice, probably a tourist item from a visit to this landmark.
